What time does camp start/end daily? 
8:15am – 4:45pm with supervision beginning at 7:45am and ending at 5:15pm for free shooting, early drop-off and late pick-up

What is your cancellation policy? 
No refunds will be made unless we are notified in writing 2 weeks in advance of the camp you are attending.

What do we need the 1st day of camp? 
Balance owed, physical, emergency form (included on website) and money for lunch and/or snacks (optional)

Can my son/daughter request to be with friends? 
They will be grouped the first day according to age/grade. If they want to participate in “stations” together, they will just need to make sure and tell a coach. For team competition, the campers are grouped according to skill and ability.

Can I receive a team discount and a referral discount? 
If the camper you are referring pays full tuition, then yes, you can receive both discounts (the person you refer cannot be on a “team” receiving a discount. NOTE: The team name and/or names of your referrals must be submitted prior to Day 1 of camp via email or phone call (512) 799-8891.

Can my son/daughter play with an older age group?
Yes, they can play up one age group if space is available.
